How Teepee Sleepovers Work

1.Choose Your Package: Select one of our sleepover packages based on the number of guests and your desired experience level.

2. Pick a Theme & Add-Ons: Choose from our themed setups and enhance your sleepover with add-ons like balloon garlands, snack trays, or spa night extras.

3. Secure Your Date: A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. Dates are not held without payment.

4. We Set Everything Up: We arrive at your location, style your space, and ensure everything looks picture-perfect.

5. Enjoy the Sleepover: Relax and enjoy the night — no setup, no stress.

6. Next-Day Pickup: We return the following day to remove all equipment and décor.

Booking & Policies

You can book by contacting us through our website, social media, or by phone. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

How to Book

  • Weekday Sleepovers (Mon–Thu): $25 OFF

  • Holiday Weekends: Additional $50

  • Last-Minute Bookings (under 72 hours): $50 fee

Pricing & Fees

  • Deposit: 50% of the total is required to book (non-refundable).

  • Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours before setup.

  • Payment Method: Cash only.

Payment Terms

We allow one complimentary reschedule based on availability if given at least 72 hours notice. For any 24-hour cancellation, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each teepee sleepover package includes individual teepees, fitted mattresses, sheets, blankets, decorative pillows, themed décor, and setup/styling. Packages may vary by theme and add-ons.

    • Note: Guests must bring their own sleeping pillow for hygiene reasons.

  • Our standard rental is overnight. Setup typically happens the day of the event, and pickup is the following day at a scheduled time.

  • Each teepee requires about 3–4 ft of space. A standard living room, playroom, or bedroom usually works great. We’re happy to help you plan your layout.

  • Absolutely. All bedding and décor are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every event for your peace of mind.

  • Yes! We serve Abilene and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

  • Weekends book fast! We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak party seasons.

    • Setup Requirements: Indoor setup only. Must be a clean, open floor space with access to a power outlet for add-ons. Each teepee needs 3-4 ft of space.

    • Pets: Pets must be secured during setup and pickup.

    • Environment: We require a smoke-free environment.

    • Supervision: An adult must be present during setup and throughout the event.

    • Safety: Children must not climb or hang on teepees. Food and drinks should be kept away from tents and décor.

    • Liability: The client is responsible for any damaged or missing items. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
